FROM ARRIVAL TO CONTROL
Follow consumption from identification to invoicing and receivables. Explore each step of the example.
STEP 1 / 6
Register the customer, vehicles and identifiers. Define credit limits, enabled stations and consumption conditions.
available out of 1,000
1. Set up: Register the customer, vehicles and identifiers. Define credit limits, enabled stations and consumption conditions.
2. Identify: Link the vehicle to its customer through an identifier supported by the installation: iButton, EPC, QR, NFC, barcode or ring.
3. Validate: Check available credit and restrictions by vehicle, fuel, days, frequency and service location.
4. Record: Consumption is linked to the station, vehicle and customer. In Mobile, the operator records the actual amount within the authorized maximum and generates the delivery note.
5. Consolidate: Review transactions by station, customer, vehicle and period. Each consumption contributes to customer credit control.
6. Invoice and manage: Consolidate pending sales by the configured grouping. Manage invoices, notes, due dates and receipts; previously invoiced sales are excluded from the next consolidation.
THREE WAYS TO CONNECT
Connect station automation with Fleet Total operations.
Identification, authorization and operations linked to the network.
Integrate existing automation through the Fleet Total API.
Compatibility is reviewed by system, version and workflow.
Add non-automated stations using the operator's Android app.
The operator identifies, requests authorization and records consumption.
FLEET TOTAL MOBILE
Employee login → day and shift opening → vehicle identification → authorization → recording and delivery note → closing.
