  1. Find a station

Revolution maps locations, connectors, power, opening hours, rates and availability.

  2. Select and reserve

Drivers select a location and connector. Time-slot reservations depend on availability, configuration and equipment capabilities.

  3. Authorize consumption

The enabled app or identification method validates identity, balance or credit and session conditions.

  4. Start charging

CSMS requests a start from the homologated charger. Command acceptance is distinguished from actual energy delivery.

  5. Record energy

Record energy, duration, states and reported measurements. Vehicle battery level is shown only if supplied by the equipment.

  6. Settle the transaction

Actual consumption is calculated by rate. With held funds, consumption is settled and the remainder released according to service rules.

  7. Invoice

Management receives the sale and handles fiscal documents by country, customer and enabled configuration.

  8. View the result

Drivers view history, receipts, balances and available invoices in Revolution.

  9. Continue the relationship

Loyalty, Messages and Zencillo Viviseven add benefits, alerts and commercial actions within authorized scope.

Zencillo Viviseven

Converse with your electric mobility business information.

Zencillo Viviseven

Which charging sites had the highest sales this week?

This query depends on connected information, enabled services and the user’s scope and permissions. This example does not query company data or produce real results.

Queries and actions depend on data, integrations, permissions and consent. Zencillo Viviseven is not the charger’s physical control protocol.

A platform for integrating different homologated charger manufacturers

Zencillo CSMS uses OCPP 1.6J for homologated models and firmware. Connectors, measurements, authorizations, commands, limits and reservations are reviewed for each device. Universal compatibility or OCPP 2.0.1 is not advertised.

Frequently asked questions

What is Zencillo e-Movilidad?

An ecosystem connecting charging infrastructure with payments, invoicing, credit, receivables and driver experience, configured by project.

How do e-Movilidad and Electrolineras differ?

e-Movilidad is the umbrella ecosystem. Zencillo Electrolineras is the operator offering; CSMS is its technical operations component.

What is a CSMS?

Charging Station Management System: manages devices, connectors, states, sessions, rates and authorizations, coordinating with homologated OCPP chargers.

Can I manage different manufacturers?

Yes, homologated models and firmware with required OCPP 1.6J capabilities. The protocol alone does not guarantee compatibility of every feature.

How is charging paid for?

Revolution or another enabled commercial channel handles payments by country and provider. CSMS coordinates postpaid, balance queries or holds and records consumption.

Can sessions be electronically invoiced?

Management connects energy sales with electronic documents according to country, issuer, fiscal model and enabled configuration.

How does Revolution work for electric vehicles?

Maps and connectors, selection, compatible reservations, enabled payment, start/progress, history and available invoices. Battery level only when reported by equipment.

Can I serve corporate fleets?

Yes, with identified sessions, corporate customer association, credit and invoicing through CSMS and Management. Driver/vehicle policies require configuration.

How is credit consumption managed?

Agree the paying customer, credit limit and period. Sessions are recorded and Management consolidates sales, invoices and receivables by contract and country.

Can I offer promotions?

Loyalty can enable points, rewards, vouchers and campaigns with appropriate policies and consent. All components need not be contracted.

What does Zencillo Viviseven provide?

Queries, analysis and commercial actions over connected data when services and permissions are enabled. It is not OCPP and does not physically control chargers.

Can I add EV charging to a traditional station?

Yes. e-Movilidad is the EV charging line and Gas Commander handles fuel. Shared commercial capabilities depend on enabled integrations.

Must I contract every component?

No. Adoption can be modular according to needs, equipment, project and contracted scope.

How can I verify my chargers?

Review manufacturer, model, firmware, OCPP, connectors and tested homologation catalog functions with Zencillo’s technical team.
